商学院毕业生的薪金呈微弱增长

关注经济萧条的大四学生可能对他们随之而来求职中的就业前景忧心忡忡。商学专业的学生对此也深有体会。据4月16日由美国高校和雇主协会（National Association of Colleges & Employers，NACE）公布的一项报告称，商业职业的起薪几乎还是持平，财政金融部门有所下降，情势不太乐观。
总的来说，好消息还是有一点的，报告表明文科专业与计算机科学专业的薪水上调。对所有2007-2008年度的毕业生来说，提供的起薪平均比去年高出5.3%。
尽管金融业死气沉沉，NACE的报告发现大四学生对此仍持乐观态度，并对已收到的就业意向加以选择。在收到雇佣意向的大学生进行调查，发现75%的学生还没有接受岗位，这个数字大大出乎NACE策略与基金会主任Edwin Koc的意料之外。他认为秋季的大规模招聘是一年的重头戏，虽然春季求职仍有大量“翻身”机会，但是他仍希望“更多的学生接受他们已收到的就业意向。”
